The secret behind our in-house brand's success is our stable, skilled team of brewers. Our four primary brewers each have years of experience working with the brewery's equipment. Since accepting our first contract brewing client in 2017, we have brought more than 400 projects to completion for over thirty different restaurant groups, breweries, and entertainment venues.
Lisa Gregor- Owner/Admin
Lisa has managed Church Street Brewing for more than a decade. A longstanding member of the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, she knows what it takes to bring a craft beer to market and will ensure that you have everything you need to be successful.
Sean Gregor- Head Brewer
Sean landed his first head brewer gig at the age of 21 where he helped build Bircus Brewing from the ground up before returning to his native Illinois to work with his family at Church Street Brewing. A consummate professional, Sean will handle production and quality testing for your product.
Chuck Fort- Admin Brewer
Chuck has been an award-winning home brewer scene since the 1980's. He leverages his extensive brewing and programming experience to ensure that your ingredients are ordered on time and the fermentation process goes smoothly.
Andrew Elliot-Cellarman
Andrew's primary responsibility is ensuring that the brewery's fermentation and brewing equipment remain clean and sanitary, preventing off-flavors from affecting the final product.
Michael Smith-Packaging Supervisor
Michael runs our canning line and kegging equipment. He will ensure that your finished product gets out the door.
